Should have good experience in Aerostructure Analysis Able to analyse stress (Static and Fatigue) and perform hand calculation Experience with FEM tool (Hyperworks /Nastran /Patran) Good technical leadership and delivery management skill Preferred Experience : Experience in DTA (Damage Tolerance Analysis)
