An exciting opportunities for Sub-System Design Engineers have arisen to influence and shape the future of the Defence business in India. The roles involve working with business and external stakeholders to support the delivery of key programme milestones thus enabling the delivery of our Defence Combat strategy. In this role, you will create innovative, world-class Fans, Compressors, Combustor, Turbines, Power Transmission, Structures or Externals designs that operate at the extremes of technology and deliver solutions that satisfy customer requirements by balancing product attributes. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams and using design tools such as PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), CAD (NX) and DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis). Your solutions need to be cost-effective, align to project milestones and take into account the full product lifecycle (such as manufacture, assembly, operation, repair, test and disposal).
