The MEP Bentley BIM Modeller is responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using Bentley software. You will develop accurate 3D models of MEP systems, ensuring they align with project specifications. Collaborating with project teams, including engineers and architects, is essential to gather required information and ensure models meet project requirements. You will uphold high standards for deliverables, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with project standards and the BIM Execution Plan. Clash detection and resolution, as well as the generation of 2D drawings from 3D models for construction documentation, are crucial aspects of the role. It is important to maintain the BIM library by creating and updating BIM families while ensuring all models adhere to project BIM standards and protocols. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, specifically with Bentley software for MEP systems, is required.
