The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) is focused on empowering customers to maximize the potential of their data through top-tier architectural guidance and design. Within the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, the CEAL team consists of Solution Architects specializing in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, and Fusion Data Intelligence. The primary objective is to facilitate the successful adoption of Oracle Analytics by engaging with customers and partners globally, fostering trust in Oracle Analytics, collaborating with Product Management to enhance product offerings, and sharing insights through various channels such as blogs, webinars, and demonstrations.
