Job Title: Advertising Manager Location: Raipur Reports To: Marketing Director / Head of Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Advertising Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of our advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and traditional advertising and will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and maximizing ROI through effective ad strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute integrated advertising campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, broadcast, etc.) - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging - Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning - Manage advertising budgets, track KPIs, and provide performance reports - Oversee media buying and planning, ensuring optimal placement and cost efficiency - Stay up to date with industry trends and new advertising technologies - Ensure all advertising content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory standards Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic buying) Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Experience managing budgets and working with ad agencies Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B and B2C advertising Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Creative mindset with strong copywriting or design sensibility If any one interested share resume on pratima.t@ipsgroup.co.in
