As a Workday Integration Consultant at our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the development, testing, deployment, and production support of Workday inbound and outbound integrations tailored to NCR's internal systems and external applications. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations for various internal and external systems. You will also lead integration architecture and design efforts to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. In addition, you will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions will also be a crucial part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations and reporting tools, including Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, EIB, XSLT, XML Packaged Connectors, Advanced Studio, and SOAP Web Services. You should also have 5+ years of experience working with Workday functional modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a creative and solution-oriented mindset, are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required, as you will need to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
