You are looking for a Senior UI Developer / Lead with very strong experience in JavaScript, Advanced JavaScript, and a Software Product Development background. You should be a programming expert in JavaScript, possess good practical knowledge of ReactJS, and have a basic understanding of backend technologies. As a Senior UI Developer, your main responsibilities will include understanding user briefs and translating them into intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with users in an iterative/agile manner to enhance prototypes quickly. You will be responsible for all visual design stages from concept to final implementation, as well as presenting and defending designs and key deliverables. Additionally, you will establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards while having a conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with the team. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-cantered design methodologies is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of UI/UX designs, proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and Bootstrap, as well as familiarity with UI frameworks like Knockout, React, or other similar tools, and d3.js. Knowledge of C#, asp.net MVC, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) is also required. Basic familiarity with TFS is a plus. Desired skills and experience include a solid portfolio demonstrating design expertise, a good eye for aesthetics including layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography, as well as an understanding of web and mobile limitations with innovative ideas to push boundaries. Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) is considered advantageous.
