The purpose of your role is to create exceptional and detailed architectural application designs, providing thought leadership to enable delivery teams in delivering exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. You should have 12+ years of experience in Application Development using Java and advanced technologies, with a strong understanding of fundamental architecture and design principles, object-orientation principles, and coding standards. Your ability to design and build smart, scalable, and resilient solutions within tight deadlines, both at high and low levels, will be crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with experience in React JS, HTML, and CSS. Good knowledge in DevOps and CI-CD, as well as an understanding of source control, versioning, and branching, is necessary. You must have experience in Agile methodology and Waterfall models, as well as strong experience in Application Delivery, including Production Support. Excellent presentation and documentation skills are important, along with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks. Awareness about Release Management is also required. Being a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders is essential. Your must-have skills include strong programming and hands-on experience in Java 8 or above (preferably Java 17), Java Collections, Stream, Fullstack, React JS, HTML, CSS, Data Structures and Algorithms. Good experience in developing vulnerability-free Spring Framework applications, knowledge of Spring DI/Blueprints, Spring Boot, Design Patterns and Principles, OR frameworks like Hibernate, JPA, API building (Web Service, SOAP/REST), and Unit testing and code coverage using JUnit/Mockito. The mandatory skills for this role are Fullstack Java Enterprise with 8-10 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Course Development : Design and develop comprehensive learning materials for workshops, bootcamps, and online courses in areas such as robotics, drones, self-driving cars, and IoT. Workshop Design : Lead the creation of hands-on, practical workshops that involve students in real-world projects related to advanced technologies. This includes designing course modules, guides, and project-based activities. Student Engagement : Develop interactive content that encourages students to engage deeply with topics, ensuring learning outcomes are met. Research and Innovation : Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in robotics, drones, self-driving cars, and IoT. Incorporate the latest advancements into the content to keep it relevant and cutting-edge. Prototypes and POCs: Build prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate advanced technologies and hands-on project applications for students Quality Assurance : Ensure content is pedagogically sound, technically accurate, and easy to understand. Review and revise materials to maintain high standards. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the program managers, content developers, and technology teams to ensure the content is delivered effectively across multiple platforms. Training and Mentorship : Support and guide junior content creators in their content development tasks. Guiding students to secure internships and placements in robotics and advanced technologies, helping them integrate academic learning with practical industry experience. Requirements: A degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in content development or curriculum design for advanced technologies, especially in robotics, drones, self-driving cars, or similar fields. Strong understanding of current trends and advancements in robotics, IoT, AI, and related technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present them in an engaging and understandable way. Prior experience with instructional design, creating hands-on learning experiences, and using e-learning platforms is a plus. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for education and empowering students with next-gen skills.
