Job Title: ADP eTime DT - Technical Analyst Level: Consultant Position: 1 Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai / Kolkata / Pune / Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience Required: 5+ Years Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST Work Mode: Hybrid Summary of Role: We are seeking a highly skilled ADP eTime DT - Technical Analyst to support our Global Time & Labour (GT&L) operations. This role involves working on mission-critical applications, providing technical oversight on ADP eTime systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system performance and reliability. The selected candidate will participate in the entire project lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring efficient timekeeping and integration with HR/Payroll systems globally. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for applying patches and updates to the ADP eTime portal Troubleshoot and resolve portal reset or reboot issues Design and restructure application architecture for improved scalability and performance Lead and support application management tasks, including technical configuration, testing, and reporting Participate in all phases of system upgrades and migrations (e.g., eTime to Workforce Manager) Support the Global ADP Enterprise eTime / ADP Workforce Manager platforms Facilitate Secure File Movement (MFT) processes across global platforms Manage system components including UI, security, middleware, and infrastructure Collaborate with global teams and vendors during major project deployments Write technical documentation and perform data analytics/reporting Ensure adherence to enterprise-wide design standards Primary Skills: ADP Enterprise eTime Global Access Management Secondary Skills: Technical Support & Maintenance Application Testing Admin Knowledge of HR/Payroll Systems Middleware, Automation & Integration Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ADP eTime and related toolsets Proven expertise in project lifecycle methodologies and structured deliverables Strong time management , communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments Experience with large-scale implementations and deployments Educational Background: Bachelors Degree (BS/BA) in a Technical or related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Payroll Systems such as ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo Working knowledge of Workday HR Experience in application architecture and enterprise solution design Strong background in HR & Payroll Application Management Interested Candidates can share your resume to subashini.gopalan@kiya.ai
