Job Summary: To drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for service apartments, ensuring high occupancy, profitable deals, and long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential corporate clients for long- and short-stay service apartment bookings. Pitch company’s offerings to Global Mobility / HR/Admin/Procurement teams of companies and build long-term relationships. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close corporate deals. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, meetings, and referrals. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the operations and reservations team for seamless execution of client requirements. Be available for client site visits when required Requirements : 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality/service apartments/hotels/travel domain.
