Admission Counselor

About the Role

We are looking for a warm and confident Admission Counsellor who can engage with parents and students, explain course offerings, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to build trust with families.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, phone, and WhatsApp enquiries about courses
• Explain course details, fee structure, and academic benefits to parents/students
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain enquiry records
• Support in managing admission forms, documentation, and fee collection
• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding of students
• Help with organizing parent meetings, orientation sessions, and events
• Provide regular updates and feedback to the management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in counselling, front-desk, or academic sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Friendly, persuasive, and confident in dealing with people
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets
• Organized, proactive, and a team player

Preferred

• Experience in a coaching institute, school, or ed-tech setup
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IIT-JEE/NEET academic structure
