Admission Counsellor

As an Admission Counselor at Morph Meta Academy, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing industry-focused courses in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Metaverse, and Creative Arts. Your primary responsibility will be to guide aspiring students through the admission process, specifically focusing on our Animation, VFX, and related courses. By offering informed career guidance, you will play a crucial role in helping students embark on successful creative careers. Your key responsibilities will include counseling both walk-in and online inquiries, providing detailed information about our courses, admission procedures, and potential career opportunities. You will be expected to engage with leads through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and messages, ensuring that they are well-informed and supported throughout the enrollment process. Additionally, you will assist in managing documentation, fee structures, and EMI options, aiming to meet enrollment targets while maintaining accurate records. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales or counseling, ideally 1-2 years, would be advantageous. While not mandatory, a good understanding of creative industries such as Animation, VFX, and Media will be beneficial. Being goal-oriented and self-motivated are essential qualities that we are looking for in potential candidates.
