Administrative Officer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage the overall administration of our branch. The person should be skilled in handling multiple departments like Technical, Sales, Admin, CRM, and Revenue. The role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to get timely output from each department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations across all departments
• Ensure timely and quality output from Technical, Sales, Admin, CRM, and Revenue teams
• Supervise department heads and monitor their team performance
• Conduct regular review meetings and maintain weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with senior management on branch goals, targets, and updates
• Handle staffing, team conflicts, and office discipline professionally
• Support business growth by improving internal processes and productivity
• Ensure all teams meet daily/weekly performance goals and client deadlines
• Maintain strong client relations and support escalated issues
• Monitor revenue and ensure each team is aligned to business targets

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Good understanding of multi-department coordination
• Ability to work under pressure and solve issues quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and daily reporting systems

Eligibility:

• MBA or equivalent management degree is mandatory
• 10+ years of experience in admin or operations management
• Must have handled cross-functional teams and multiple departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
