Job Description

If you are a good communicator, smart, proactive and experienced in operations role, this job is for you.

Qualification: Any graduate

Communication skill: English and Malayalam

Need to have two wheeler license.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings for clients, and workshops/events.

2.Handle phone calls, emails, and messages, responding to queries of customers.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files of the customers.

4. Administrative Tasks

5. Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients, and responding to their needs. Providing medical monitoring devices at client places on need basis.

6. Assist with planning and coordinating workshops, events, and conferences.

7. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and oversee facility maintenance.

8. Report on the day to day performance to Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
