Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Executive to join our team in Chennai. The role involves managing general office administration, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for office-related purchases and services and handling various external tasks. This includes making visits for deliveries and collections from clients, suppliers and vendors, as well as attending to official matters at banks and government offices.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science.

Must hold a valid two-wheeler and car driving license.

Preference will be given to candidates who own a two-wheeler.

Years of experience:

At least 2 years of proven experience in administration and procurement/purchasing roles

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation skills are a plus and will be considered an added advantage.
