Document Handling: Manage and organize all documents related to training programs and operations. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all paperwork. Support and Coordination: Provide support to the Training Supervisor and Centre Manager for various tasks. Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Attendance Management: Take care of attendance sheets for all courses and ensure they are accurately recorded. Record Keeping: Maintain records of IADC WellSharp and Rig Pass documents. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and comply with relevant regulations and standards. Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate scheduling for drilling operations and batch rosters. Ensure all necessary arrangements are made for upcoming batches, including resource allocation and logistics. Instructor Arrangement: Assist in arranging instructors for training programs. Ensure instructors are well-prepared and equipped for their sessions. Paperwork Completion Ensure all paperwork is completed in conjunction with training batches. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in an e-commerce or online trading role. Strong understanding of digital retail operations and consumer behavior. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Familiarity with Google Analytics, merchandising tools, and reporting dashboards. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
