Job Description

Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Industry: Thermal Power Plant / Manufacturing / Industrial Setup

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Language Requirement: Telugu (Fluency Mandatory), English preferred

Position Overview:

Administrative Assistant

must be from Vijayawada

Key Responsibilities:

A. Office Administration:

Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the
plant office
.
Ensure smooth functioning of
office support services
such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Handle
procurement and inventory
of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
Maintain and organize
records, files, attendance logs, gate passes
, and other admin documentation.
Coordinate with
HR, operations, accounts, and EHS teams
for cross-functional support.
Oversee
statutory compliance and renewals
(licenses, AMC, utilities, etc.) in coordination with relevant departments.

B. Guest House Management:

Ensure the
guest house is well-maintained
and properly staffed (housekeeping, cook, caretaker, etc.).
Oversee
accommodation arrangements
for visiting staff, auditors, guests, and senior management.
Manage
guest logistics
: pick-up/drop, local travel coordination, meal arrangements.
Monitor cleanliness, upkeep, and hospitality standards in the guest house.

C. Vendor & Staff Coordination:

Liaise with
vendors, suppliers, and contractors
for admin-related services.
