As an Operations Associate at our Branch Office in Nashik, MH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Reporting to the Head Office, your objective is to maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment at the branch. Your responsibilities will include assisting walk-in customers with loan-related queries and documentation, marking daily attendance, and logging working hours for review. You will be responsible for sharing daily reports with the Head Office, including walk-in footfall, escalations, and local updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with Head Office teams for local marketing, verification, and operational support. Ensuring office space upkeep, compliance with co-working space norms, and safe handling of company materials are also key aspects of your role. You will act as the local point of contact for field or agency coordination. To qualify for this position, you should be a graduate with at least 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or admin roles, preferably in BFSI or NBFC sectors. Proficiency in using mobile apps, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools is essential. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
