As the Administrator at UtopiaTech, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment. This includes keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary. You will also be in charge of maintaining all administrative documentation and ensuring contracts are up to date. Your role will involve creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases, as well as handling additional finance and communications tasks when requested. You will be required to install and configure software and hardware, manage network servers and technology tools, and oversee all IT-related work such as laptops, mobiles, software subscriptions, and setting up accounts and workstations. Additionally, you will monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. You will also play a key role in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up. Managing onboarding, induction, and exit formalities will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring HR compliance, documentation, and policy implementation will be crucial in this role. You will support employee engagement activities and internal communications, as well as maintain and update employee records and personal files. Acting as the point of contact for administrative support to employees and visitors is also an essential aspect of this position.
