This is a contractual position for a period of 5 years. The remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience. The candidate should have done B.E. - Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5+ years of experience. The detailed job description is as under, Should possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and reputed college / university with experience in Operation & Maintenance of HVAC Systems like Chillers, AHUs, PHEs, AC units, centrifugal pumps, chilled water balancing and air balancing. Should be conversant with air-conditioning equipment layout (AHU, PAC etc.) along with chilled water piping, ducting layout and air distribution inside AC rooms. Read and interpret chilled water piping layout, HVAC ducting, drawings and any other project documents. Perform HVAC chilled water Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB). Periodic inspection of consumers ETS room to identify the issues related to DCS systems. Address all customer complaints & issues, develop and improve customer experience. Conduct training and awareness sessions for customers to familiarize them with DCS operations. Responsible for DCS utility billing, guidelines & policy making, consumer applications, and meter reading functions. Contract management, Spare parts management, Vendor management, Inventory management, Data record keeping and analysis. Taking over of DCS CHW network, valve stations and releasing of CHW connections to consumers. Perform various types of tasks related to Operation and Maintenance functions assigned by the supervisor Competencies Required Problem solving. Customer relationship management.
