Moreover, you will develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support training, knowledge transfer, and change management, as well as maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation to aid in business operations and decision-making. Working autonomously with a focus on individual tasks, you will seek assistance for difficult or complex issues and may receive general guidance on new assignments. Utilizing established procedures and methods to solve issues, you will also employ creative problem-solving when necessary. Your role will involve diagnosing, documenting, and resolving complex procurement issues from functional, administrative, and operational perspectives, reviewing business processes, and advising businesses on system services within the Workday application.
