Innovate and implement automation solutions to support overall organizational goals/strategy. Review and implement process and system improvements, adopting newer technologies and innovative ideas. People And Team Engagement Participate in the recruitment process to attract and retain skilled personnel for the team. Drive and enhance employee engagement and retention across the team to sustain a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Education Qualification: M.Sc./B.Sc. in related field. Work Experience 18+ years of experience with at least 10 years in a team handling role. Preferred Industry Experience in Thermal Power Plant or similar industry.
