Were seeking professionals experienced in Lean Six Sigma, GenAI, and automation to drive strategic, end-to-end transformation. Key Responsibilities: Co-create transformation roadmaps with clients Perform detailed process discovery & customer journey mapping Identify transformation opportunities across people, processes, and technology Design automation-led solutions and manage implementation Collaborate with delivery, sales, and IT teams Lead client discussions, reviews, and due diligence Promote continuous improvement through training & knowledge sharing Evaluate and refine existing technology offerings Requirements: 5+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years in Digital Transformation Green Belt certification is a must; Black Belt preferred Strong grasp of DMAIC methodology & tools like MS Visio Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, Knowledge/Conversational AI bots In-depth understanding of RPA, Lean Six Sigma, and CX transformation Proven client engagement and stakeholder management skills Interested?
