This role involves designing for a diverse range of digital platforms and collaborating closely with our development team. What This Job Involves: Create designs based on innovative concepts that will charm global audiences. Produce design output across multiple formats, including websites, online communities, complete Flash websites, portals, multimedia presentations, viral marketing, corporate communications, and ad banners . Work closely with the design and development teams to provide templates with CSS and build complete sites using only Div tags . Develop innovative and crisp designs that meet and benchmark against global standards . Qualifications: Demonstrated ability as a creative designer focusing on dynamic content, community, and application design. Proficient in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flash with ActionScripting . Aptitude for mixing multimedia formats such as sound, video, and animations. Expertise in design software including Photoshop, Flash, Action Scripting, Dreamweaver, and Corel Draw . Familiarity with XML . Understanding of User-centered design principles and the product design lifecycle. Sound knowledge in layout, color, and typography . Ability to perform Code Optimization for Search Engine (SEO) . Strong writing skills are considered an added bonus.
