Oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor legal developments relevant to the business and ensure timely adoption of necessary measures.Collaborate with financial, legal, and regulatory advisors to ensure smooth IPO execution. Prepare and review IPO-related documentation, including regulatory filings. Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
