You will be working as a Head of Accounts at Sudhan Global Mobile Pvt Ltd., a Multi-branded Mobiles and Accessories retail business expanding rapidly across Tamil Nadu. Located in Chennai, you will oversee the financial operations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include managing financial statements, conducting account management, overseeing Tax returns and compliances, preparing annual reports, monitoring cash flows, preparing budgets, and collaborating with auditors. In this role, you will lead and manage the accounts team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational objectives. Strong analytical skills, experience with financial statements, proficiency in account management, excellent team management skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CMA being a plus. A minimum of 6-10 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the mobile or tech industry, is desired.,
