Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Reconciliations - Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate record-keeping. Taxation & Compliance - Handle GST, TDS, and statutory filings, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Accounts Payable & Receivable - Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and receivables , ensuring timely processing and reconciliations. Budgeting & Expense Monitoring - Assist in budget preparation, track expenses, and analyze financial performance . Audit Support - Assist with internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance with financial policies. Process Optimization - Identify areas for improving financial workflows and leverage automation tools for efficiency. Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com), or a related field. Additional certifications in Tally, SAP, or financial management are a plus. Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or taxation . Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and accounting software . Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance . Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful insights.
