Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating

    Invoices in QuickBooks

    with approved Timesheets.
  • Payments processed to vendors based on Net terms.

  • Vendor master creation

    in QuickBooks based on the PO.

  • W9 form follow-up

    from new vendors.

  • Prepare the 1099

    and publish to vendors at the year-end.
  • Credit card

    reconciliation.

  • Reimbursement

    tracking and process.

  • Monthly Bank reconciliation.

  • Good knowledge of

    MIS reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
