We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting and Financial Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.General Ledger Maintenance:Post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.Tax Compliance:Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Assist in the preparation of tax reports and documentation for audits.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.Financial Analysis and Support:Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
