Job Title: Accounts Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Anna Nagar East Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records and files Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Support external auditors with documentation and queries Manage petty cash and monitor cash flow Assist with tax filings and statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience (1–3 years) in a similar accounting role Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Office applications Good understanding of financial and accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent (optional but preferred) Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance requirements Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 20,000 - 25,000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
