Hiring open for accounts executive with 3 years plus experience in accounts department of a manufacturing or trading company. Job Details Accounting & Bookkeeping • Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally • Preparation of purchase and sales invoices • Recording of expenses and other financial transactions • Preparation and filing of GST returns • Reconciliation of GST input/output • Ensuring timely compliance of all statutory requirements • Recording and deduction of TDS entries as per applicable sections • Preparation and filing of TDS returns • Issuance of TDS certificates • Timely deposit of TDS to government authorities • Bank reconciliation • Handling cash & petty cash transactions • Maintain proper accounting records and documents • Prepare required reports for management • Coordination with auditors and CA firms • Entering purchase orders & supplier invoices • Coordinating with suppliers regarding billing and payments Requirements Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting • Good understanding of purchase, sales, TDS, and other accounting entries • Attention to detail & accuracy • Ability to work independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
