Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and invoicing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare tax filings and ensure timely compliance with regulations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with audits and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
