Patient Reception: Welcome patients and visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide information. Insurance Verification: Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients. Billing and Payment Processing: Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle insurance claims. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
