Job Description

  • Taking care of all administrative work related to HYD office
  • Making sure office is running efficiently without any issues
  • Keeping records of all accounting and expenses for HYD office and sharing the weekly report with the management.
  • Working with Senior CA with required documentation for GST and other TAX related work.
  • Generating Invoices for the clients
  • Keeping records of all employees in the File
  • Keeping track of Time sheet of all the HYD office employees to calculate the salary.
  • Set up bank account for new employees
  • Generating ID cards for new employees
  • Any bank related work / Bank Visit

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • US shift

Application Question(s):

  • Are you comfortable to work from 4PM to 12AM (5 days in a week)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • System administration: 1 year (Preferred)
