Job Description

ACCOUNTS:-

1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2. Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements.

3. Prepare accounting vouchers, salary slips, quotations & sales report, etc.

4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.

ADMIN:

1. Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.

2. Manage office operations, including supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.

3. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other events as needed.

4. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

OTHER:

1. Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.

2. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
