Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Greetings!

We are looking for accountants in Jaipur, Rajasthan and Bangkok(Overseas) for jewellery manufacturing unit.

Location: 1. Sitapura and Johri Bazar, Jaipur

2. Bangkok

1. Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.

2. Preparation of MIS and submission to management.

3. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

4. Analyse financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the COOs attention.

5. Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.

6. Reconcile balance sheet accounts.

7. Supervision & preparation of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly and annually basis and finalization of financials statement.

8. Preparation of Fund Flow Statement and Cash Flow Statement on daily/weekly basis and provide feedback to Top Management on fund management.

9. Manufacturing Accounting and valuation of Inventory.

10. Accounting in company in-house developed software and assessment and coordination of further development in software.

11. Compliance and filling returns related to GST/TDS/Income tax and

12. Compliance related to export import transactions.
