Objectives of this Role • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to upsell better and cross-sell to clients. Daily and Weekly Responsibilities • E-Meet regularly with clients to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the client Key Skills Required • Minimum Sales experience of 3 years (B2B preferred) • Excellent communication skills are required (English mandatory). • Comfortable working on a CRM • Good listeners and problem solvers • Great rapport-building and customer servicing skills. • Research (prospecting) skills • Proven track record of customer acquisition/hunting • Start-up, Fintech, and SaaS industry experience is a plus!

Your role and responsibilities The role supports full end to end software development cycle, from initial client engagement, through assessments and road-mapping, to longer term engagement in an advisory capacity. As an Application Security Consultants, the person should leverage the technical expertise of the security competencies, varied product and delivery capabilities Required education Bachelors Degree Preferred education Masters Degree Required technical and professional expertise Candidate with 8 + years of experience in IT domain with 3+ years on Delina (Thycotic) PAM implementation with Thycotic Certification (Optional). Experience in development and end to end implementation, design and architecture of privileged access solution using Delina Secret Serveries Experience in Installing and upgrading secret server, onboarding secrets, remote password changing, configuring roles & Permissions, configuring folder structure, secret templates, secret policy, launchers, session recording, account discovery, sites, event subscriptions, event pipeline policy and other operational activities for Delina Secret Server Preferred technical and professional experience Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories (LDAP, AD), etc and PowerShell scripts in PAM solution REST API Automations using PowerShell Scripting (Bulk Upload Utility options, Account Onboarding PowerShell Script, User Deletion using Script PowerShell Script) Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories: Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory, Tivoli Directory Server

Position: CyberArk Engineer Experience: 5+yrs Location: Remote Shift: 1PM to 10 PM Key Responsibilities : Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain implementation of CyberArk PAM. Create, maintain, and monitor policy configurations for password and session management. Integrate various target platforms (such as LDAP, Windows, Unix, Databases, Network devices etc.) with CyberArk for credential management. Configure connectors and related policies for applicable target systems. Perform privilege account onboarding and connector management. Troubleshoot issues with account onboarding, password management, session management, and proxy session connections through deep-dive investigations. Perform integrations with supporting systems for Authentication, Authorization, Notifications, IT Service Management etc. Provide support for planned maintenance activities such as upgrades, DR/failover testing etc. Develop clear and concise documentation and liaise with the PAM support team to facilitate day-to-day operations. Requirements Minimum 5 years of CyberArk PAM hands-on experience. Additionally, any PAM experience would be an asset. Experience in deploying and/or maintaining HA & DR PAM environments. Exposure to working with the cloud versions of CyberArk would be an asset. Strong understanding of IAM/PAM environments and exposure to IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Windows and Linux server operating systems, network devices, virtualization etc. Nice to have exposure to working with the product REST APIs to automate routine tasks. Nice to have PAM architecture and design experience. Nice to have a good understanding of business, audit, and regulatory drivers. Good understanding of data center networking concepts. Good understanding of the main operating systems (Windows/Linux/AIX). Good understanding of information security concepts (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability). General knowledge of Security and technology standards (e.g., infrastructure, architecture, processes, applications). Good communication in both written and verbal areas. Proactive team player with effective time management skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed. Education/Accreditations: University, College degree (BE/BTech/ME/MTech) or equivalent experience with suitable security designation. PAM Vendor certifications like CyberArk PAM Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE-PAM) would be an asset.
