Job Title:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture client relationships
Understand client requirements and ensure timely submissions
Coordinate with recruiters for quality sourcing and screening
Manage and guide a team of associate recruiters
Gather and communicate client feedback to improve delivery
Stay updated with market trends and hiring needs
Meet daily submission goals and monthly onboarding targets
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and reporting to Director and Business Development.

Requirements:

Masters or Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
4+ years of experience in IT staffing/account management
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience in leading or mentoring a team of recruiters
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, or internal ATS
Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and proactive communication
