Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, familiarity with Indian tax regulations, and working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, and vouchers
• Handle data entry and reconciliation of bank statements
• Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Generate reports using Excel (e.g., sales reports, expense tracking)
• Support senior accountants and finance managers in audits and month-end closures
• Maintain proper documentation of records and files
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation rules
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with invoice generation and vendor reconciliation
• Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
