Moreover, leading significant customer engagements and fostering discussions at CISO level within Cisco's Commercial-Public Sector customers are essential aspects of your role. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Possess 10-15 years of experience in collaboration within an OEM/Service Provider environment, overseeing Sales functions. - Demonstrate a track record of formulating practical strategies for driving collaboration adoption among customers. - Exhibit a deep understanding of Cisco collaboration products and services. - Have prior experience in engaging with Tier-1 and Tier-2 partners as well as system integrators. - Maintain strong connections with decision-makers in the collaboration domain within enterprise settings. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Showcase strong soft skills, emphasizing communication and relationship-building abilities. - Display a collaborative approach to working effectively within a dynamic team environment. - Possess an analytical mindset geared towards identifying business opportunities. - Demonstrate a passion for technology, innovation, and competitive analysis within the collaboration domain.
