Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a passion for accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory and taxes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Although not required, having it is an asset.
• Professional accounting certification is an asset.
• Proven experience as an Accounting or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
