Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Manager Email Marketing & Marketing Automation to join our dynamic marketing team for a US based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing B2B email marketing campaigns targeted at the US and Europe markets using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). This role will ensure seamless integration between marketing automation workflows and Salesforce CRM to drive lead nurturing, engagement, and conversions across the customer journey. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Campaign Management:• Develop and execute B2B email marketing strategies aligned with business goals and regional preferences.• Design and implement marketing automation journeys using Pardot, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.• Plan and manage lifecycle campaigns: onboarding, lead nurturing, re-engagement, win-back, and upsell.• Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and CRM data to deliver personalized experiences.2. Execution & Optimization:• Build, test, and deploy responsive email templates and dynamic content blocks.• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, email content, and send times to improve KPIs.• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and offers.3. Data Management & CRM Integration:• Maintain and update lead/contact data quality in Pardot and Salesforce.• Set up lead scoring and grading models for qualification and segmentation.• Integrate campaign data with Salesforce CRM for sales visibility and attribution.4. Compliance & Deliverability:• Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regional data privacy regulations.• Monitor email deliverability and manage suppression lists, opt-outs, and bounces.5. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation.• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM.• Strong understanding of the US and European B2B markets, customer behavior, and compliance requirements.• Proven ability to drive engagement, MQLs, and ROI through email marketing strategies.• Excellent HTML/CSS skills for email development; experience with responsive design.• Proficiency in using UTM parameters, campaign tracking, and marketing analytics tools.• Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce reports, Tableau, or similar.• Familiarity with marketing operations, campaign planning, and cross-functional collaboration.6. Preferred Qualifications:• Pardot Specialist and/or Consultant certification.• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred• Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and retargeting strategies.• Familiarity with AI tools and personalization technologies in email marketing.• Background in B2B marketing is a plus.
