Job Title: Academic Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Advisor to provide guidance and support to prospective students, facilitating their transition into our academic programs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Attain monthly enrollment targets through effective lead conversion and admission processing.

- Foster a welcoming and approachable demeanor towards students, colleagues, and parents, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates and streamline the admission process.

- Provide expert guidance and counseling to prospective students, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in academic advising, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong advisory and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
