Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, articulate, and results-oriented Enrolment Counsellor / Academic Counsellor to join our growing academic outreach team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process by combining strong communication skills with a student-focused approach. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and possess a flair for consultative sales and counselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing accurate and insightful information on academic programs, eligibility criteria, and institutional benefits.
• Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and proactively engage in outbound communication to nurture leads. Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.
• Conversion & Enrolment: Utilize strategic counselling techniques to guide students from initial inquiry to final enrolment, ensuring monthly and quarterly admission targets are consistently achieved.
• Relationship Building: Establish trust-based relationships with students and parents, offering guidance throughout the enrolment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• CRM & Reporting: Accurately update lead information, interactions, and conversion status in the organization’s CRM system. Prepare and submit timely reports on counselling and admissions metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a student-first attitude.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or admissions is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
