Marketing Head - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offline marketing, ATL/BTL campaign execution, PR strategy , and a proven track record in real estate marketing . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Plan and execute ATL (Above The Line) campaigns including TV, radio, print, and outdoor media. Lead BTL (Below The Line) initiatives such as events, on-ground activations, roadshows, and local area marketing. Oversee offline marketing efforts including brochures, hoardings, flyers, and site branding. Build and maintain strong public relations , liaise with media agencies, and manage press releases, events, and media interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure lead conversion. Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance through ROI analysis. Identify and engage with external vendors/agencies for creative, production, and event support. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements or innovations in strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry . Proven expertise in ATL & BTL campaigns , offline marketing, and public relations. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve marketing performance metrics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and their integration with offline strategies. Existing network of media and PR contacts in the real estate sector. Creative thinking with an eye for design and brand consistency.

Digital Head - Real Estate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Head to lead our digital marketing efforts in the real estate domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation , with a deep understanding of real estate consumer behavior and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive qualified leads and enhance online brand visibility. Manage and optimize all digital channels including social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content. Design and oversee lead generation campaigns with a focus on ROI and conversion. Collaborate with sales and offline marketing teams to ensure an integrated approach across all customer touchpoints. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) and generate actionable insights. Supervise and manage internal digital team and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools , particularly in the real estate sector. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum impact. Ensure a strong brand presence across all social media platforms with creative and engaging content. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience (10 - 12 years) in digital marketing , with at least 35 years in the real estate industry . Strong expertise in social media marketing , paid ads, lead generation , SEO/SEM, and analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) is a plus. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach. Strong understanding of Bangalore’s real estate market and consumer behavior.
