Role & responsibilities: SAP HCM ABAP programming for following modules: PA, OM, Time Management and Payroll India Knowledge of Clusters and Tables and Info Types Worked on User Exits and BADIs Must have developed multiple reports and BDC programs Should have experience in SAP HCM ABAP Programming Reports Enhancements User Exits Smart Forms Receive requirements from SAP Functional Consultants and interpret the requirement Basis the requirement, prepare Technical Specification document (TSD) Develop/Enhance ABAP programs based on the (TSD) Support in Unit Testing Conduct code review for peers Manage transport request until moved to production environment ensuring the change management process is followed Preferred candidate profile: Develop SAP ABAP programs in SAP HR domain for enhancements and new projects.
