As the SAP PI/PO Development Lead/Architect at Arabelle Solutions, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the implementation project for SAP PI/PO and any future upgrades or migration activities. This role entails governance of integration processes on middleware, architecting and designing integrations in consultation with various stakeholders, developing interfaces between different modules of SAP ECC/S4HANA and third-party solutions, and preparing technical specifications. Additionally, you will be involved in solution architectures, estimations for proposals, and collaborating closely with SAP functional consultants to deliver tailored solutions. Key Skills for this role include: - Proficiency in SAP Process Orchestration and Integration Suite, encompassing both build and run areas - Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and SAP S/4HANA - Skills in ABAP developments and various technologies related to SAP integration - Strong communication and presentation skills in English - Customer-centric approach, focus on service delivery, and proactive monitoring of SAP PI/PO components - Troubleshooting integration errors and performance issues, setting up transport routes, and applying security measures - Analyzing performance metrics, tuning system parameters, and ensuring compliance with system validation standards - Experience in managing project financials, assigning work tasks, and leading small teams Qualifications and Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree - SAP Certifications are advantageous - Over 10 years of SAP experience - Prior experience in PI/PO upgrade and migration - Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with SLT and BODS - Understanding of SAP Technical Development dependencies and business processes - Effective communication skills and experience with tools like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Charm, and ITIL - Ability to manage small teams, develop talent, and adapt to varying business requirements - SAP Basis experience This role is a Leadership Position in Business (LPB).
