Our Aadhaar Enrollment Centers (AEC) vertical is at the forefront of delivering citizen-centric services through both digital and assisted channels. Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our AEC business, manage Aadhaar operations, spearhead new projects, and lead a high-performance team. This role is based out of Gurgaon and is responsible for managing pan-India operations . The position is pivotal in expanding our reach and impact in delivering essential services to citizens nationwide. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business growth for the AEC vertical across all regions in India. Identify and onboard new partners, clients, and government agencies to expand the AEC network. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and enrollment targets. Oversee daily operations of Aadhaar Enrollment Centers across India, ensuring compliance with UIDAI guidelines. Monitor and improve operational efficiency and service quality Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations. Lead the launch and execution of new projects and initiatives within the AEC vertical on a pan-India scale. Actively participate in RFPs and tender processes to secure new business opportunities. Prepare, review, and submit RFP responses in collaboration with internal teams. Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and support team across multiple locations. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and drive team motivation. Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge. Maintain strong relationships with government officials, partners, and clients across India. Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and industry forums. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and project progress at a national level. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or government services. Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets and managing team. Strong understanding of Aadhaar ecosystem, UIDAI guidelines, and government processes. Demonstrated experience in participating in RFPs and winning new projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively across India as required. Experience in managing pan-India project highly desirable. Role & responsibilities The Business Analyst External Integrations is a critical role for ensuring seamless integration between the Insurance Marketplace platform and external ecosystem partners such as insurers, government data platforms (like Vahan, Aadhaar, CERSAI), identity verification services (e-KYC, NSDL), and payment gateways. responsibilities Lead integration requirement analysis for all insurer and third-party interfaces (e.g., Vahan, Aadhaar, NSDL, CERSAI, e-KYC, NPCI, payment gateways). Coordinate with insurers and ecosystem partners to gather, document, and validate interface requirements and onboarding processes. Define data schemas, mapping templates, and API specifications; collaborate with developers on integration design. Ensure regulatory and security compliance for sensitive integrations such as Aadhaar, PAN, and KYC flows. Draft and maintain BRDs, FRDs, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and sequence/process flow diagrams. Collaborate with product managers, tech leads, QA, and infosec teams to ensure end-to-end readiness and traceability. Participate in partner onboarding, technical workshops, and sandbox testing. Support UAT and production release validation with insurers and ecosystem agencies. Troubleshoot integration issues and support resolution in collaboration with support/infra teams. This is an individual contributor role, with cross-functional collaboration across product, technology, operations, and compliance. Maintain an integration tracker, API inventory, and documentation repository Convert business requirements into technical user stories and solution blueprints. Support UAT and drive alignment between business expectations and technology deliverables.
