Familiarity with modern workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, Intune, Windows Autopilot) is a plus. Deployment Plan Management: Experience in project deployment planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support and training to end-users. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
