3D Visualizer

As an Assistant Manager/Manager 3D Visualizer in Bangalore, you will bring ideas to life by producing photo-realistic 3D images or animations of proposed models, plans, designs, buildings, and developments. Your role requires a combination of creativity and technical skills to model physical objects that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Your responsibilities will involve understanding and handling CAD, using sketches to model and supervise projects, collaborating with third parties, working on walk-throughs and rendering, creating animations, lighting, texturing, and architectural 3D modeling. You must possess the ability to create highly realistic animations, landscape visuals, interiors, and exteriors using various renderers. Working closely with architectural and design teams, you will plan and visualize construction projects, present and explain visuals to colleagues and clients, ensure accurate representation of ideas, assist with planning decisions, and create static visualizations and animations/CGI. You will use industry-standard design tools, visualize building concepts in various graphic mediums, and stay updated with software advances. To excel in this role, you need proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and VRay/Corona, as well as knowledge of Revit, Enscape, and 3D MicroStation. You should be able to interpret architectural drawings and models, achieve high-quality outputs, possess technical knowledge of image production, and have a keen eye for detail and composition. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines, flexibility, reliability, enthusiasm, and pride in work are essential attributes for this position. With 8-12 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial workplace interior fit-out and a degree in Graphic Design or Interior Design, you will contribute effectively to visual projects and presentations.,
